Commission #19 - Lioden CSS

UPDATES: Due to many requests, I now do hover boxes. Yay boxes that grow when you hover.

I ALSO FIXED MY STATUS BARS. For a while they weren't accurate and I just needed some more targeted coding to get them to properly show your levels. My winter break starts on Friday and I will be going through all past codes and fixing the status bars for free.
